The SAVRS I-10 Pet Emergency Team = San Antonio Veterinary Referral Specialists has formed a team with I-10 Pet Emergency. We believe that the modern standard of care for referral practices is to provide 24 hour hospitalization and our team relationship with I-10 Pet Emergency provides us that capability. SAVRS Clinicians will provide emergency support to I-10 PE when specialty care is required but both I-10 PE and SAVRS recognize the key role of the family veterinarian in pet care and we will not directly refer cases between our two practices without contacting the referring veterinarian.
