San Antonio Veterinary Referral Specialists (SAVRS) is the newest multispecialty small animal referral practice in San Antonio and South Texas. We provide premium level referral and consultation for veterinarians and pet owners needing assistance in the areas of small animal internal medicine, diagnostics, and oncology, Orthopedic, soft tissue, neurologic, and minimally invasive surgery, and advanced dentistry and oral surgery. We will expand these services and add additional specialties in the near future.
Our practice philosophy involves a team approach to case management and patient care. We hope and expect that this emphasis on cooperation between the SAVRS specialists and staff, referring veterinarians, and pet owners will provide the best possible care to the pets of San Antonio, surrounding communities, and South Texas. The key to this approach is good communication.
Our pledge is to provide a complete understanding of diagnostic and treatment options available, and to work with the referring veterinarian and clients so that both the pets and people are treated with compassion. Our objective is not only to cure or ameliorate illness or injury, but also to provide quality of life for your pet and your family.
San Antonio Veterinary Referral Specialists sees patients by referral only. This means that we act as an extension of your family veterinary practice. Your regular veterinarian will help you arrange a visit to SAVRS for your pet.
